Aman Kang is an associate at PGS Law practicing family law and child protection law. He received his L.L.B at the University of Birmingham in the UK in June of 2020, where he graduated with honors. He completed part of his articles at a boutique law firm in South Surrey where he practiced family law. He then finished his articles at a boutique law firm in Vancouver where he practiced civil litigation and family law.
Aman makes it a priority to provide cost-effective legal services and makes every effort to negotiate solutions without having to resort to costly litigation. However, Aman appreciates that some family conflicts will inevitably result in litigation, and when this occurs, he works diligently for his clients.
Aman’s passion has been understanding people with diverse backgrounds and building meaningful relationships. Aman speaks fluent English and Punjabi. He leads with an empathetic approach and understands the stress that his clients may face in a family law or child protection dispute.
Aman is a first generation Canadian and the first lawyer in his family. He prides himself on being an ethical and hardworking lawyer.
During his free time, Aman likes to spend time with his friends and family. He is a former provincial boxing champion and enjoys mixed martial arts.
